The shield protects the owner’s own surfaces: unusual sign-in signals, unexpected access patterns, suspicious exfiltration, integrity drift, and stalled autonomous work.

It is not a surveillance product, not an offensive tool, and not a way to act on third-party systems without consent.

Public claims stay truthful.

HONEST STATES

ARTEI should show what exists, what is being phased, and what requires a native companion or external account. A missing grant, missing key, missing build sandbox, or inactive tool is shown as not configured.

More help should never mean less control.
