What actually binds

The number everyone quotes is the one least likely to bind

An operator with space to sell describes rack space, and something else decided the answer two years ago. One resource is holding the hall back; everything bought against the others is financed and returning nothing. Knowing which one, and what the rest is costing you to own, turns a capacity conversation into an investment one.
